RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
This information is ONLY for merchandise purchased directly from the Threadart retail website.
What
is your return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with
an item then you may return or exchange it within 30 days of
purchase. After the initial 30 day period has expired, we will
accept items that are in original packaging and condition. A 10%
restocking fee will apply. We do not accept returns that are more than
90 days of purchase. The only exception is personalized
items. Because they are not resalable, we can not except returns
or exchanges for any reason except our error. Please see our
personalization terms for more information.
How do I make a return?
Returns should be sent
to ThreadArt.com, Return Dept., 16333 Mueschke Rd - Ste B , Cypress, TX
77433. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt and
reason for return with your package. We suggest that you send
with tracking information and proof of delivery. ThreadArt can
not be responsible for packages lost in transit. Original
merchandise must be received by ThreadArt before a refund can be
processed. We do not refund shipping and handling charge on your
invoice unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the proper credit card
account within 7-10 days.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges should be made within 30 days of
purchase. If you would like to exchange an item for a different
one, return to ThreadArt Return Dept, 16333 Mueschke Rd. - Ste B,
Cypress, TX 77433. Please include a copy of your original sales
receipt, contact information, and exchange information with your
package. We suggest that you send with tracking information and
proof of delivery. ThreadArt can not be responsible for packages
lost in transit. Original merchandise must be received by
ThreadArt before an exchange can be processed. Additional
shipping charges will be applied to your order. Personalized
items can not be exchanged.
What if the color
is not what I wanted?
We
have tried our best to accurately display the colors of our products on
our site. Actual colors that you see will depend on your monitor. We
cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect
the colors of our products. Please call to request a swatch if
you need exact color matching. You may return an item if it is
not the color you need. We do not refund shipping and handling
charges for color reasons.
