When will my personalized item ship?

We try and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders that included personalized items typically take an additional two business days to process but may take as much as 10 additional business days to complete. If you have a deadline to meet, please contact us and let us know.

Can I make a change to the order that I just placed?

If you have any questions about the personalization of your item, please contact us before placing your order. Once we receive your order we begin processing as quickly as possible and can not guarantee that we will be able to make any changes. We're sorry, because personalized items are not resalable, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part. Please triple check your spelling and font/color choices before completing your order.

What if I want something besides a name embroidered on an item?

If you would like multiple lines of text, a unique font, or a design on an item, please contact us via email or phone to discuss your custom project. We would be happy to provide you with a quote.

What is the correct order to embroider initials?

There isn't a right or wrong order to monogram initials. Different countries have different traditions. Our monograms are done with a first name initial followed by the last name initial (slightly larger) and then the middle name initial.

What is your return policy for personalized items?

We're sorry, because personalized items are not resalable, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part. Please triple check your spelling and font/color choices before completing your order. Although rare, we will also accept returns for damaged merchandise.

Why am I being charged a personalization fee?

Personalized items are custom made to order. We charge a nominal fee for our embroidery service.

How is my personalization going to appear?

We recommend that you look at the product photo and read the product description carefully to understand the personalization style. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact us via phone or email before completing your order.

We always make your custom embroidery as big as possible, but sizes may vary based on length of name, method of stitching and placement on bag, backpack, etc. Some fonts, like curlz, have a varying baseline. This adds to uniqueness of your personalized backpack or bag. Our thread color selection is designed to match the trim of our products. So if the item you are personalizing has hot pink trim, then you can be assured that the hot pink thread will match.

What if I would like to place a bulk or corporate order?
