- Has all the properties of a lightweight tearaway plus dissolves easily in cold tap water.
- Very easy to use. Simply hoop the stabilizer together with the fabric, then stitch. After finishing your project, tear the excess stabilizer close to the stitches. Use cold water to remove the rest of the stabilizer leaving only your finished design.
