What is your return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with an item then you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. A flat $5.00 return shipping rate will apply. The only exception is personalized items and custom designs. Because they are not resalable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason except our error. Please see our personalization terms for more information.
How do I submit a return request?

Access Your Account
Click the login icon at the top of the page. Enter your email address and click Continue. -
Request the Return
Find the order you want to return and click Request Return.
If the order has multiple items, select the ones you'd like to return.
Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.
Click Request Return to submit. -
Return Processing
Once your return is approved and shipping is required, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.
Returns should be sent to ThreadArt.com, Return Dept., 14439 Medical Complex Dr. Tomball, TX 77377. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt and reason for return with your package. Original merchandise must be received by ThreadArt before a refund can be processed. We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the proper credit card account within 7-10 days.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges should be made within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, return to ThreadArt Return Dept, 14439 Medical Complex Dr. Tomball, TX 77377. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt, contact information, and exchange information with your package. We suggest that you send with tracking information so you know when we have received. Original merchandise must be received by ThreadArt before an exchange can be processed. Additional shipping charges will be applied to your order. Personalized and custom items cannot be exchanged.
