Frequently asked questions
How long does personalization take?
Most personalized orders ship within 3–5 business days. During peak gifting seasons (November–December and April–May), allow an extra 2–3 days. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Name or monogram, which should I choose?
Either works beautifully. A first name is clear and personal great for kids, teachers, and gifts where you want it to read at a glance. A monogram (usually three initials) feels a touch more classic.
What fonts and thread colors can I pick from?
You'll choose from several embroidery fonts from clean block letters to flowing script and more than 40 thread colors. Every product page shows the full font and color menu so you can match their style exactly.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each piece is personalized just for you, personalized items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error. If something isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it.
