How to iron on: Preheat your iron to a medium setting (no steam). Place the patch on the garment, cover it with a pressing cloth and press straight down for 30-45 seconds without moving the iron. Turn the garment inside out and press the back of the patch for 20-30 seconds. Patches can also be sewn on.
